Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate execution of client processing tasks while supporting a cohesive team environment.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and input on team development and performance.
  • Perform both routine and complex client service and transactional support functions.
  • Handle account-related transactions, reconciliations, and escalation of complex issues.
  • Ensure service delivery by coordinating with multiple internal teams.
  • Answer client inquiries, research issues, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Allocate and review the work of other team members when required.
  • Contribute to team objectives by integrating industry best practices and standards.

Key Technical Skills:

Client service, operations, financial services, reconciliation, compliance/reporting, intermediate to advanced Excel, corporate trust, finance/accounting

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of work experience (financial services background strongly preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in client service or operations within financial services.
  • A background in corporate trust, finance/accounting, compliance, or reconciliation is advantageous.
  • CLO/CDO/SOLVAS exposure is preferred.
